Currency
All prices on Adult Costume Shop are in Australian Dollars.

Payment
We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Cheque or Money Order.
We do not accept gift cards, personal cheques, or cash. Special arrangements for cash payment can be made by local area customers only.
Your credit card is charged immediately upon purchase, if your card can not be charged, the goods ordered will not be sent.
Orders paid for by cheque, money order or bank transfer will not be sent until payment has been made and cleared. Bank transfers can take from 1-3 days depending on individual banks.

Credit card fraud can not and will not be tolerated. Adult Costume Shop will actively and aggressively fight all forms of credit card fraud. Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Adult Costume Shop does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website.  It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse payments under certain circumstances, and may at times request an alternative payment method to a credit card payment. If there is any problem with your credit card we'll let you know.

GST (Goods & Services Tax)
Our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax of 10% which is already included within the price.

Cancellations
Will attract a $35 Administration Fee. No Cancellations will be accepted after 5 days and NOT AT ALL if the costume has already been sent. Cancellations must be in writing and must clearly stipulate that a cancellation is required.

Shipping and Postage
Cost is $14.95 per delivery and all orders are sent by Express Post (Australian Post). You may track your order here: http://auspost.com.au/track/
On occasion delivery can also be made by Courier Services such as Startrack Couriers and Fastway Couriers.
Delivery can sometimes be shipped from two different warehouses.  Should this occur you will receive an email indicating the split shipment. You will not be charged for  the extra shipping unless the extra shipment has been specifically requested by you.

Adult Costume Shop will not accept responsibility for losses within the Australian Postal System. If your shipment is not received within 7 days of our shipment delivery email, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to assist you in locating the shipment. Shipments are not insured unless you specifically request insurance, which is then be charged to you as an extra cost. Should Australia Post deem an item to be delivered and you disagree, it is your responsibility to prove that you didn't receive the product. Adult Costume Shop accepts the item as being delivered.

It is the customers responsibility to supply the correct delivery address. Should the parcel be rejected and returned to us, it is the customers responsibility to pay further postage costs to have the parcel shipped again.

Parcels not accepted by the customer and returned unopened will be deemed a credit voucher for the amount of the costume(s) within and will expire after 15 days.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery Timeframe
Orders will be sent on day of order or next business day, depending on the time the order was placed. Delivery is approximately 1-3 business days depending on where you live and is reliant on timeframes set by Australia Post.

Due to the volume of orders we receive, an item may go out of stock before we are able to make updates to our website. You will be notified immediately if this happens so you can make changes to your order before it is processed.

Returns/Exchanges
We do not issue Refunds but we do exchange. Please choose carefully, as we reserve the right to refuse a refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Should we under certain circumstances decide to give a refund, a $35 admin and re-stocking fee will be charged (plus postage costs if applicable).

Goods which are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different from a sample shown to you - If this occurs, you must notify us immediately so that we can rectify the problem. We reserve the right to replace the faulty item or repair it if we deem it applicable. The goods MUST be returned to us ASAP within 7 days, with all garment labels still attached along with the original packaging. We will inspect the garment and provide the exchange/refund on the basis of that inspection.

Garments not returned within the 7 day time period will be sent back to you unopened. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Costumes must be exchanged for another costume, not accessories.

False claims will result in the garment being returned to you at your cost.

Costume packages not accepted and returned by the customer unopened will be deemed a credit voucher for the value of the costume(s) within and will expire after 15 days.

Garments will be exchanged provided
:
You notify us  immediately that the garment(s) do not fit.
The garment(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving the item(s). (No claims will be accepted after that, no exceptions) Costumes returned for exchange after the 7 day time frame will be sent back to you at your expense. We must be notified of which costume you wish to exchange it for immediately on return of the original costume, to allow the exchange to be done within a reasonable timeframe. ALL EXCHANGES must be finalised within 30 days after the return of the costume or your costume credit will be deemed to have expired.

The garment(s) must not be worn, damaged, soiled or altered in any way and must be packed neatly and with care into the original undamaged packaging.
If you return something that has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, or is without the original packaging or garment tag you cannot make an exchange for that item. The garment will be returned to you at your expense. So please double-check to make sure you've included all of the pieces and packaging before returning anything.

Stockings may only be returned if they are still in the original, unopened factory-sealed packaging.

Delivery costs are not included in exchanges, these are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Note: Garments should be sent back to Adult Costume Shop using a traceable shipping method to the correct address. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for exchanging the order.

ALL EXCHANGES must be finalised within 15 days after the return of the costume or your order credit is considered to be expired.

Costume styles can change without notice due to a change in the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience.
