International Terms and Conditions for Buying Online - All prices are in Australian Dollars

Delivery Timeframes - While we endeavour to ship your order to you on time, sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be delays. Should this occur we will contact you. Please note that it is your responsibility to know if an item is in stock. If you are unsure, please don't hesitate to ask.

Instock Items - 7 to 10 days

Items Not In Stock - 4 to 5 weeks

Postage Options - Parcels over the weight allowed for, will be charged accordingly. You will be notified of the extra charge to accept or cancel your order.

Airmail International: - 7 to 10 Days - Up to 1kg. There is no tracking available or signature on delivery. We accept no responsibility for lost shipments, taxes or import duties.

Zone 1 - $30.85, Zone 2 - $24.70,  Zone 3 - $16.45

Express Courier International - 3 to 5 days - Up to 1kg. Full tracking and signature on delivery. We accept no responsibility for lost shipments, taxes or import duties.

Zone 1 - $56.50, Zone 2 - $53.50, Zone 3 - $39.15

Express Post International - 3 to 7 days - Up to 2 kg. Priority handling, basic tracking, and signature on delivery. We accept no responsibility for lost shipments, taxes or import duties.

Zone 1 - $63.00, Zone 2 - $51.00,  Zone 3 - $34.50

Insurance: If you wish for Insurance, please put a note in the comments section when ordering. You will be charged the extra amount when we process your order. So please be aware of the difference between your invoice price at the time of ordereing and your final credit card charge amount.

We have a No Refund Policy, but we do Exchange. Garments will be exchanged provided:

Notification has been made and the garment is returned straight away.  Labels must still be attached and the original packaging undamaged. Garments must not be worn, soiled, changed, altered or damaged in anyway. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. Pantyhose/Stockings cannot be exchanged. Shoud you wish for an exchange, you will be charged for the return postage back to you. You also need to be aware of the delivery timeframes when exchanging. We cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange it for is in stock at the time. So timeframe constraints may apply.
