We accept payment by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Bank Transfer, Cheque and Money Order. Should you wish to place your order by phone, Dial 02 49337742, and have your credit card details ready.

CANCELLATIONS will attract a $30 Administration Fee. No Cancellations will be accepted after 5 days.

Credit card ~ Your credit card will be charged once we have received your order. You will be notified that the card purchase has been approved. The charge will appear on your credit card as B CA Online.

Cheques & Money Orders ~ Please make payable to "B & CA Online Retailing" and post to P.O.Box 2188 Greenhills NSW 2323 Australia. Please note that Orders will only be processed when payment has been received and approved.

Bank Transfer Details ~ Make sure you include your Invoice Order Number or Name.

Q: Postage & Shipping

: All orders are delivered by Express Post or Fastway Couriers. If a costume is not in stock, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery, 5 weeks for the Elite Costume Range. While we endeavour to have your order to you on time, sometimes there can be delays due to circumstances beyond our control. Should this occur we will contact you.

Q: Returns/Exchanges
A:
Please choose carefully, as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind, or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different from a sample shown to you. If this occurs, you must notify us immediately so that we can rectify the problem. The goods must be returned to us with all garment labels still attached to the garment.

Garments will be exchanged provided:
Notification has been made and the garment is returned within 7 days. No claims will be accepted after that.
Labels must still be attached and the original packaging undamaged.
Garments must not be soiled, worn, changed, altered or damaged in anyway.
Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Pantyhose/Stockings cannot be exchanged.

Our Size Charts are available through a navigation link on the top of the webpage.

If in doubt you should go up a size.

Do You Supply Catalogues
No we don't. Unfortunately the cost is to high.

Do You Have A Showroom or Retail Outlet That We Can Visit
No, We are a 100%, Totally Online Retail Store.

Do You Hire Costumes
No, We only sell costumes at this time.
