The best way to approach your own version of the costume is to let yourself go- don’t worry about colors or patterns, everything can go with anything else. You can wear lots of colors and be perfectly happy. If you are worried it might clash too much, tone it down slightly with a white lacy peasant blouse.   Think of peasant skirts and blouses as the basis of your gypsy fortune teller costume and then add more colorful scarves, beautiful jewelry and of course, big hoop earrings and all will be perfect. Miley Cyrus is an adult now, at least legally, and she wants everyone to see that plain as day. In addition to dozens of bikini shots of her and her mom, Tish, the singer took to stage in Rio with an outfit that was definitely not Disney. The Gypsy Heart tour is rolling through South America, currently and is featuring costumes like the studded leather bra top and leather shorts that Cyrus donned during her Friday night performance.
