Once upon a time, before I was crowned the Queen of Halloween, I was just a young girl who lived in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan. To make some extra money, I donned the Christmas Elf costume and stood in the mall, placing screaming, peeing children on the rented lap of a hazy, boozy Santa Clause who would occasionally fall asleep or pinch the elves bottoms. Despite all of that, the Queen loves Christmas and will always have special affection for the elf. If you would like to wear your own version of the Christmas elf costume, there are several ways to accomplish that. From Santa to the Elves to Sexy Miss Claus and all of the reindeer, there is nothing more fun than dressing up in Christmas costumes for parties, caroling and other events with friends and family. Who you choose to dress up is your own personal choice; however there are several things that you always have to keep in mind when choosing Christmas costumes: Quality No one likes to see a ratty Saint Nick so if you cannot buy at least mid line quality, skip this costume choice. Santa Claus is the epitome of the season so skimping on the costume will not cut it. Cheaper costumes are available so you can be someone or something else instead. Everyone knows the story of Santa Claus. He brings toys to all the children of the world on one magical night, but he does not do it alone. Magic reindeer help him make the trip through the starry skies. A magic bag ensures that his supply of toys and gifts never run out. And all of these toys are created in a workshop filled with laughter and wonder, run by the elves. If you feel that you are as busy as a little elf this holiday season, why not dress as one? There are a lot of people who enjoy dressing up in costumes whether it is for a party, Halloween or for Christmas time.
